Double oven fits perfect in the cabinet. It will be wired tomorrow.

The new TV is mounted on the wall, the wires will be run through the wall and into a floating white wood cabinet.

Trim needed on the doorway between the rooms.

This vanity light will be installed tomorrow.

New GE Cook top stove has arrived

GE Profile cook top has arrived (This is a stock picture) I will be able to install it once the granite is installed.

Stainless Fridge is in... Oven is almost ready

The fridge is in, and the double oven is almost ready, just need to build a frame to support it inside the oven cabinet.

Living Room

Floor needs to be swiffered

Feeds & Drain are hooked up had to put the drank body in twice, always caulk the gasket doing it twice is no fun.

Couch is in the house

Finally got rid of as much dust as possible and moved in the couch. Need a new coffee table, and some blinds.

Bathroom Vanity Installation

Vanity is up and functioning. Mirror will get a picture frame around it. Still need to do a tile back splash, GFCI outlet, and vanity light.

Kitchen is ready for Appliances

Got a few things left to do with the cabinets, and need to adjust a few of the doors. The refrigerator gets delivered tomorrow, finally we will be able to keep food in the house again.

Kitchen is primed and ready for cabinet installation. The rest of the cabinets are being delivered today.

Property Pictures

Finally the snow is gone. Consider these pictures all before pictures. There is a lot of work to do outside, and a lot of potential.

Truck is fixed

I was at Lowes getting some supplies to work on the house, long story short my truck was hit by another truck in the parking lot. Turns out the guy that hit me owns a body shop and offered to fix the damage he did plus the damage that was there from previous mishaps. He fixed it in 3 days and it looks better than when I bought it.

Glass door is installed

Bath is completely finished.

Bathroom is ready for priming

Tomorrow the priming will be done, and ready for the vanity installation.

Kohler Glass Bathtub Door

Bought the Kohler bathtub door. This is the picture from the lowes website. Need a metal blade for the miter saw to cut it to size and install it tomorrow.

Kitchen & Cabinets

Kitchen needs a little more sanding and priming. Cabinets are here, and ready to be installed.

Bathroom Tile & Walls

Walls are almost ready for primer.

Tile is finished, and sealed.
